LinXea - Minor Outage
Updates
The connector is now functional and in a good state. We are still looking for ways to perfect it. While we don’t have a specific ETA yet, incremental improvements will be rolled out over the coming months.
We have finally found a partial solution to make Linxea work. Logging in to ‘Espace Linxea’ is now working correctly. We have also noticed that sometimes users need to try twice in a row. We will improve the login page in the coming days to make it even better.

Hi everyone,
Linxea has implemented an SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) that is currently blocking connections. After multiple attempts to fix this, we have been unable to successfully bypass their website security.
We contacted them, but they are not interested in collaborating with us at this time.
Consequently, we have to pause this task and find a new strategy. We will let you know as soon as we have more information to share.
In the meantime, we advise you to temporarily disable the connector in your console to avoid frustrating your users.

After discussions with Linxea, they do not want to enter into a partnership with us at this time. We are exploring other avenues but do not have an ETA for a resolution at this time.

Linxea has been implementing the SCA for one month now. Despite our efforts, the task is more complicated than expected, and we are in discussions with them to see if collaboration could be possible to resolve this situation. Thank you for your patience.
The first fix for SCA has been deployed. We will continue to monitor the situation.
The development work is progressing well. We hope to have a stable version in production this week or next week.
