Once it is released, users will need to update their Crédit Agricole mobile application on iOS to the latest available version to restore authentication. Crédit Agricole has informed us of an ongoing disruption affecting authentication through its mobile application on iOS (app version 55.0.0). This may impact new connection setups and reconnecting existing connections for users authenticating via the iOS app.
